Enter, CS Dak by Cuisine Solutions, New York’s first sous vide dark assembly kitchen.
What, exactly, is a dark assembly kitchen?
Also known as a ghost or cloud kitchen, the term refers to any restaurant that will only deliver. Want to pick up your food and chat away at the register? Nope, not an option. As of last week, the sous vide pros from Cuisine Solutions have taken over the Pret A Manger at the 425 Madison Avenue, serving a variety of large and small dishes.
