An urgent warning has been issued for anyone who visited, ordered takeaway or had food delivered from an Adelaide pizza bar to immediately self-quarantine and get tested for COVID-19.
SA Health issued the alert about midnight on Tuesday for the Woodville Pizza Bar.
Anyone who attended the Woodville Road business from Friday, November 6 to Monday, November 16 at anytime – even just for a few minutes – are urged to get tested as soon as possible.
“They must go directly to the testing location, wear a mask and alert the staff that they have visited the pizza bar,” a SA Health spokesperson said.
